When can I expect my login information?
Once we have successfully processed your application, you will receive your login information via email. We will also contact you to confirm that you received your username and password and help you with any questions you might have about CentralDispatch®.
Can I get temporary access to CentralDispatch prior to signing up just to check it out?
CentralDispatch logins are for members only. The trial period is for you to actively use the service and determine its benefit to your business.
I don't have my authority yet, but would like to start setting up loads. Can I get a login without authority?
One of the values of CentralDispatch is that shippers know they are working with established and licensed companies. Therefore, CentralDispatch requires authority and insurance to be in place prior to completing the registration process.
What are the requirements for a carrier to get access to CentralDispatch?
All carriers must have an operating authority (MC number) and valid insurance prior to completing the registration. See the license and insurance requirements.
How do I become an auto transport carrier or broker?
Carriers and brokers are licensed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Visit www.dot.gov to learn more.
How many carriers use CentralDispatch?

How quickly can I expect my vehicles to be shipped using CentralDispatch?
Depending on price, location and vehicle type, you may be contacted in as little as 15 or fewer minutes. More time may be necessary for out of the way moves.
How can I get more information about the members on CentralDispatch?
As a member, CentralDispatch provides you with self-reported document packets, links to the U.S. Dept. of Transportation, and a ratings system to help you determine if you want to do business with a carrier, broker, or dealer using the site.
